How RaaS Pricing Works

RaaS is a monthly subscription that covers the use of a robot plus all supporting services. Think of it like leasing a car with maintenance, insurance, and roadside assistance included. You pay one predictable monthly fee, and we handle everything else. The monthly rate depends on three factors: the robot model, the end-effector or accessories required, and the contract length.

What Every RaaS Subscription Includes

Regardless of the robot or price tier, every roboTED RaaS subscription includes:

• The robot hardware and all standard accessories
• Initial delivery, setup, and on-site training
• Comprehensive insurance (accidental damage, theft, public liability to £5M)
• Quarterly preventive maintenance visits
• All firmware and software updates
• Remote monitoring and diagnostics
• Replacement unit within 24 hours if repair is needed
• Dedicated account manager
• Phone and email support during business hours

RaaS Pricing Tiers

Contract Terms

Most RaaS subscriptions have a minimum contract of 1-3 months depending on the category. After the minimum period, contracts roll monthly with 30 days notice to cancel. Longer commitments (6 or 12 months) attract discounts of 5-15% on the monthly rate. There are no early termination penalties beyond the minimum period. You can upgrade, downgrade, or swap your robot during the contract with 14 days notice.

Deposits

RaaS subscriptions require a refundable deposit equivalent to one month's subscription fee. This is held for the duration of the contract and returned within 5 business days of the robot being collected. Corporate clients with approved credit accounts may qualify for deposit waivers.
